There are two ways to make funeral arrangements for a loved one. Prearranging or preneed arrangements is where you, a family member or a friend provide information that provides detailed plans in advance of a death for a final tribute. At-need arrangements are made at the time of death or shortly thereafter.
When you decide to make prearrangements, you may call us by phone to set an appointment and ask questions, or complete the prearrangement form provided on our website. When you need to make at-need arrangements, please contact us directly by phone, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Both of these arrangements should include plans for your choices regarding a funeral service, memorial service, burial, cremation, the name of the cemetery or crematory, where you want services held; be it at the funeral home, a church or another place of special meaning; be it in Battle Creek, Richland, Augusta, Springfield, East Leroy, Athens, Bellevue, Lacey, Dowling, Plainwell, Galesburg or wherever your desire. It also includes recording vital and personal information used to complete a death certificate, to place obituary notices and to help inform the individuals who are involved in the services commemorating the person who has died.
