Amanda Kay Hagist

Amanda Kay Hagist, (Bacca), 35 of Battle Creek, MI passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday February 5th, 2025. She was born to Pamela and Todd Hagist in Battle Creek, on May 10, 1989.

Amanda lived in Battle Creek all her life, never married, and did not have any children. However, she did have her Fur baby Batman, whom she loved with all her heart. 

Amanda graduated High School, then attended KCC in Battle Creek.

Her main joy in life was being an aunt to her niece, Amiya & nephew, Mekhi. She enjoyed reading, drawing, painting, & collecting unique things.

Amanda is survived by her parents; her brother, Michael Hagist (Lisa Downes, Michael’s Mother); her sister, Brandy Hagist; niece, Amiya and nephew, Mekhi. As well as her grandma, Marriott; aunt, Janie Richardi; and cousins, Nick and Zack Whitman, Stephanie Bailey, James Caswell Jr, Lynn and Diana Pendygraft of Battle Creek and many more. She was preceded in death by her cousin, Tiffanie Caswell; uncles, Jack Hagist Jr., and Johnny Marriott, James Caswell Sr.; as well as her grandma, Synne and grandpa, Jack Hagist Sr.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Amanda's Life will be held at a later date. Contact the Family for details.
