Barbara Jean (Adams) Geib, 76, of Mount Clemens, Michigan died peacefully on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Henry Ford Hospital in Clinton Township.
Barb was born October 14, 1944 in Battle Creek, Michigan the daughter of Richard Orwin and Cathryn Ida (Harrison) Adams. She grew up in Battle Creek and was a 1962 graduate of Harper Creek High School. Barb was a member of Cross Point Church in Clinton Township. She loved caring for the roses around her condominium. Barb made and sold greeting cards she created on her computer and sent cards to family and friends religiously. Barb loved children and operated a Day-Care out of her home for several years. She will be remembered as the "Card Lady".
Barbara Jean Adams married Brian A. Geib on May 18, 1968. Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Brian on December 27, 2003. Surviving are her sister, Jacqueline S. Wisswell of Harrison Township; nieces, Mary (Luke Chadwick) Wisswell of Kalamazoo, Nicole (Anthony) Spencer of Clinton Township; great nephews, Samuel and Joseph Spencer; and great niece, Isabelle all of Clinton Township; and a dear cousin, Nancy (Gary) Schrimer of East Leroy. In addition to her husband, Barb was also preceded in death by her parents.
Barbara will be laid to rest next to her husband, Brian, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Battle Creek.
