Bobby D. Denton

Bobby D. Denton (Buck), 50, of Battle Creek, died tragically May 14, 2024. Bobby was born April 25, 1974 in Battle Creek to James Denton and Darlene (Bissett) Denton. He graduated Battle Creek Central High School in 1992 and worked as a carpenter for 35 years with A.J Reen Construction and Olive Tree Productions.

He married the former Jennifer Waltz October 1, 1999.  He loved racing and working on race cars with friends and family and was currently working on a race car with his oldest son. He loved spending time with family and his favorite pass time was scratching off instant tickets.  He was a loving father that would do anything for his seven children. He loved cooking out, going to the races and to the beach with them. 

His three grandbabies had him wrapped around their little fingers; they had his heart.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Jennifer; children, Gabbie ( Zay) Minutolo, Paige (Dylan) Denton, Jenna Denton, Daria (Roger) Denton, Chase Denton, Willo Denton, Deo Denton; his three grandchildren, Charlee, Kayden and Romyn; his mother, Darlene Heider; his brothers, Richard (D'lyn) Bissett, James S. Denton, Bill (Paulette) Denton, James (Janet) Denton; his sister, Jeri Gipson-Diaz; his grandparents, Bobby and Nancy Storey, and many nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his father, James Denton.
