Cynthia R. "Cindy" Tuttle, age 68, of Coldwater and formerly of Battle Creek passed away at home Wednesday evening, February 1, 2017. She was born in Battle Creek on March 29, 1948 the daughter of Donald N. and Betty M. (Rowden) Estelle. Cindy worked for many years as an RN at Leila Hospital and Battle Creek Health Systems.
Cindy is survived by her husband Michael L. "Mike" Tuttle; her children, Angela (Jonathan) King of Big Rapids, and John (Heather Fleming) Helton of Memphis, TN; her step-children, Craig (Sue) Tuttle of Coldwater, and Jeffrey (Stephanie) Tuttle of Battle Creek; three grandchildren, Jessica Tuttle, Cameron Tuttle, and Kellee Stokesberry; and her half brother, Chris (Leslie) Hoy of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John E. Estelle on July 27, 2013.
Cindy enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii, boating, living on the lake, and traveling northern Michigan in the Fall for the beautiful colors. She loved all things football, but particularly U of M, Tom Brady, and Barry Sanders, but her true passion in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care where funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 6, 2017. Interment will follow at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
