Donna Kay Lumbard

Donna was an avid reader.  She also enjoyed traveling and antiquing.  Above all, she loved to spend time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Emma.  

Donna married Lonny Lumbard on August 4, 1973 at Yorkville Community Church, who survives.  She is also survived by their son, Ryan (Abby) Lumbard; granddaughter, Emma Lumbard; two sisters, Elizabeth (Kevin) Miller and Janet (Duane) Ayres; a sister-in-law, Penny (Robert) Stokes; a brother-in-law, Denny Sciamanna; and her nieces and nephews; Michelle (Alain) Fabi, Jacqueline Miller, Trevor (Kelli) Miller, Briana (Doren) Atkinson, Andrew Stokes, Adriane Schumacher and Jessica (John) Vanderbossche.  

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Dorothy Goostrey, her in-laws, Myrle and Lucince Lumbard and a sister-in-law, Vonna Sciamanna. 

A memorial service to celebrate Donna’s life will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 29, 2023 at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Richland Chapel.  Visitation will be two hours prior to the service, starting at 11:00 a.m.  Memorial donations may be made to the Augusta McKay Library, 105 S.
