Jackie Pitts

Jacquelin K. Jackie Pitts, 59, of Battle Creek, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at her home. Jackie was born January 21, 1953 in Battle Creek to Robert and Mary (Messinger) Pitts. She graduated from Lakeview High School and attended classes at K.C.C. She went on to retire from Post Cereals. She enjoyed baking and crafts.

Jackie is survived by her mother, Mary Pitts of Battle Creek; a brother, Thomas (Margaret) Pitts of Grand Rapids, MN; a niece, Chloe Pitts; a nephew, Luke Pitts; an aunt, Gene Mast and a cousin, Sally Mast. She was preceded in death by her father.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering to celebrate her life will be 11:30 a.m., Friday, January 11, 2013 at Old Country Buffet, 5700 Beckley Rd., Battle Creek, 49015.
