Kelley Ann Chapman

Kelley Ann Chapman, age 58 of Marshall passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, February 1, 2025. She was born in Battle Creek on September 12, 1966 the daughter of Kenneth and Mary Lou (Snyder) Walker and graduated from Pennfield High School. 

On July 23, 1994, Kelley married Kevin Scott Chapman in Marshall; he sadly preceded her in death on October 23, 2022. She is survived by her children, Tera Sheldon, Jennifer Clark, Joshua Bax, Kiara Chapman, and Chris Anthony; 7 grandchildren; and her brother, Kenneth Ellwood Walker, II. & his wife, Rayna.  Kelley was also preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Amanda Sheldon. 

Kelley absolutely loved spending time with her family and being a Mom & Grandma. She enjoyed laying in the sun, shopping at yard sales & thrift shops, working word searches & crossword puzzles and collecting clocks, Betty Boop collectibles, and Boyds Bears.

Kelley's family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Cremation Preneed Care, Battle Creek where services to Celebrate Kelley's Life will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 7, 2025.  Interment will follow at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.  Kelley enjoyed participating in the Relay for Life event.  Therefore, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org.).
