Kenneth Leo “Kenny” Kuliczkowski, age 59, of Battle Creek passed away Monday morning, November 13, 2023 at Bronson Battle Creek. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 7, 1964, and was the son of Leo Michael and Phyllis Irene (Mackinac) Kuliczkowski. Kenny faithfully served his country as a member of the United States Army for more than 20 years, retiring with the rank of SSG on February 28, 2003. After retiring from the Army, Kenny started a career with Post Cereals before retiring due to medical issues.
Kenny is survived by his children, Lynsey (Skyler) Speights, Caitlin (Aditya) Dandekar, Wyatt, Susan and Holly Kuliczkowski; his grandchildren, Payton, Callan and Rorie Speights; brother, Leo Kuliczkowski; sister, Diane (Terry) Lewis; and several nieces, nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Peter Kuliczkowski; and nephew, Christopher Kuliczkowski.
Kenny attended St. Philip Roman Catholic Church and was a member of the P.N.A. #2416. An avid accordion & piano player, Kenny also enjoyed fishing & camping, traveling, gaming, watching the History Channel & Westerns, cooking, “Eating”, and shopping (especially on Temu).
A private family inurnment with full military honors has been held at the Fort Custer National Cemetery. A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 8th at the P.N.A. #2416, 15 Clair St., Battle Creek, MI 49014.
