Melanie C. Lewis

Melanie C. Lewis, 77, of Richland, died Sunday, November 24, 2024 with her loving family by her side. Melanie was born November 25, 1946 in Comstock, MI to Albert and Donna (Comstock) Baker. She was a local bus driver for many years before retiring in 2010. She enjoyed going out to eat with her friends on Wednesdays, fishing and camping. She was a member of the #1 Car Club and loved to drive old cars. 

Melanie is survived by her husband of 25 years, Barry Lewis; a daughter, Lisa (Alan) White; a son, Raymond Thompson; four grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Funeral services to celebrate Melanie’s life will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 2, 2024 at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Richland Chapel.
