Robert T. Mcelvain

Robert T. McElvain, age 50, of Battle Creek passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020. He was born in Kalamazoo on September 11, 1969, the loving son of Robert L. and Glenda M. (Lathrop) McElvain. Robert attended Word for Life Church of God in Kalamazoo and enjoyed fishing, video games, watching WWE wrestling, and playing cards with his kids.

Robert is survived by his mom, Glenda of Battle Creek; his children, Crystal (Billy) McNally, Correna (Jeff) Watts of Galesburg, and Robert (Chianne) McElvain of Constantine; 14 grandchildren; and his sisters, Sheina McElvain of Battle Creek and Ronda (Chad Sanders) McElvain of Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his dad, and his grandparents.

A memorial service to celebrate Robert's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 4th at the Word for Life Church of God 7022 E. Michigan Ave. Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
