Sherry Lynn Cox

Sherry Lynn Cox, age 43, of Battle Creek unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 10, 1972, the daughter of Ed and Trudie (Justice) Puddock. Sherry graduated from Roseville High School with the Class of 1990, furthered her education at Davenport University and worked at Eaton Corporation.

Sherry is survived by her daughter, Brittany "Fred" Cox; her ex-husband and dear friend, David Cox; and her brother, Eddie (Cindy) Puddock. She was sadly preceded in death by her parents.

Sherry enjoyed bowling, traveling, watching "Crime TV", scrapbooking, playing Euchre and other card games, and of course, her Diet Pepsi. She truly loved spending time with her family, especially with Dave & Fred.

The family will receive friends 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care where funeral services to celebrate Sherry's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2015. In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to her family, c/o Dave Cox to be put towards Brittany's College Education and be mailed to the funeral home.
