Teresa Rosalie Sleight

Teresa Rosalie (Nelson) Sleight, age 64, of Battle Creek, died peacefully on Saturday morning November 11, 2023 at home. She was born in Battle Creek on May 9th, 1959, the loving daughter of Cheryl Coffman and Patrick Nelson.

Teresa is survived by her daughter, Andrea Nelson; 2 sons, Jason Cotton and Gordon Lowe of Battle Creek; her mother; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 6 brothers; 1 sister, and multiple nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; a brother, Anthony Nelson; a nephew, Nicholas Coffman and a great-grandson, Jasper Dubois.

A beautiful soul, Teresa enjoyed animals and the outdoors, singing and laughing, and spending time with her family.
