Terri Lynn Seymore

Terri Lynn Seymore, 58, of Battle Creek, Michigan died peacefully at home on Wednesday, July 18, 2018.

Terri was born February 2, 1960 in Corpus Christi, Texas the daughter of Everett and Inez (Glen) Seymore. As a child she moved from Texas to Battle Creek. Terri was a 1978 graduate of Lakeview High School and earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Kellogg Community College. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for Community Hospital, which became Battle Creek Health System and then Bronson Battle Creek. In her Junior year in high school Terri started as a "Candy Striper at Community Hospital and retired 39 years later as a registered nurse in 2016.

Terri is survived by her daughter, Jami Lynne Seymore of Amarillo, Texas; one brother, Jerry (Nancy) Dunivan of Redding, California; several beloved family members and friends and a special cousin, Sandra (David) Martin of Battle Creek, MI. Terri was preceded in death by her father, Everett Seymore; mother and stepfather, Inez and Bob Clarey; one brother, Ronald Dunivan and a sister, Carol Newsom.

Terri will be remembered for the loving care she provided to everyone and will be admired for her strong spirit. She was a remarkable woman who will forever by loved and missed.

A memorial service to celebrate Terri's life will be officiated by Beverly Kelley 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care.
